摘  要:目的:比较生、盐知母的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致耳肿胀实验、醋酸扭体实验、角叉菜胶致足趾肿胀实验、2,4-二硝基氟苯致小鼠迟发性变态反应实验、脂多糖诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮(NO)实验,观察生、盐知母对耳肿胀度、扭体次数、足趾肿胀度、脏器指数、血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)、NO等指标的影响,比较分析生、盐知母抗炎作用。结果:与模型组比较,生、盐知母均可以降低耳肿胀度、扭体次数、足趾肿胀度,抑制巨噬细胞分泌NO(P<0.01),生知母对脾指数、胸腺指数、肾指数、血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平无明显影响,盐知母可以升高肾指数(P<0.05),降低胸腺指数和脾指数(P<0.01),降低血清IFN-γ水平(P<0.05)。结论:生、盐知母均具有一定的抗炎作用,但无明显差异。Objective: To compare anti-inflammatory effects of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae(RA) and salt-processing Rhizoma Anemarrhenae(SRA). Methods: Dimethylbenzene-induced ear edema method, acetic acid-induced writhing method, carrageenin-induced paw edema method, 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed type hypersensitivity method and Lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in RAW264.7 cells method were used to compare anti-inflammatory effects of RA and SRA. The indexes of the degree of edema, the times of writhing, the content of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum, and the content of NO were observed. Results: Compared with model group, both RA and SRA could decrease the degree of edema, the times of writhing degree of toe swelling and NO of RAW264.7 cells(P<0.01);RA had no significant impacts on spleen, thymus, kidney indexes and the content of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum;SRA could increase kidney index(P<0.05), decrease thymus and spleen indexes(P<0.01) and the content of IFN-γ in serum(P<0.05). Conclusion: Both RA and SRA have anti-inflammatory effects, and they have no significant difference.
