摘　　要：从中医学术流派着眼,通过比较总结全国不同学术流派治疗慢性下肢溃疡的临证经验、特色技术及学术思想,探讨其病因病机、辨证思路与特色疗法。本病为本虚标实之证,起病之初以标实为主,湿热毒瘀是关键,后期多虚实夹杂,多出现脾胃虚弱,肾精不足。辨证当首辨阳证、阴证。以局部辨证为主,一般以疮面脓、腐、肌及疮周状态的变化等为主要依据。治疗当分期分型论治,内外合治。这些研究结果能进一步拓展临证思路及特色技术的应用,推动中医治疗慢性下肢溃疡学术理论的不断深化、完善与提升,有助于持续提高临床疗效。From the perspective of academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper compares and summarizes the clinical experience, characteristic technology and academic thought of different academic schools in treating chronic lower limb ulcer, and explores its pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and characteristic therapy. This disease is the syndrome of ‘root vacuity and tip repletion’. At the beginning of the disease, it is mainly based on ‘tip repletion’, and the key is damp, heat, toxin and blood stasis. At the later stage, it is often deficiency-excess in complex, with weakness of spleen and stomach, and deficiency of kidney essence. Syndrome differentiation should be based on yang syndrome and yin syndrome. It is mainly based on the local syndrome differentiation, generally based on the changes of wound pus, decay, muscle and the state around the wound. TCM therapy adopted the treatment with different stages and syndrome differentiation, and the external and internal combined therapy. These findings can further expand the application of clinical evidence and the application of distinctive technologies, and promote the continuous deepening, improvement and improvement of the academic theory of chronic lower extremity ulcers treated by Chinese medicine, it is helpful to continuously improve the clinical curative.
