摘　　要：1949年新中国成立后的10年间,中国的重型汽车工业还是空白,这对发展经济极为不利。1959年,国家第一机械工业部六局召开试制汽车的车型分工规划会议,中国重汽前身——济南汽车制造厂主动提出承担中国第一辆重型卡车的研制任务。厂长刘德惠和全厂职工立下誓言:豁出命,咱也得干,要干就干中国最大的!During the 30 years from the birth of the first Huanghe JN150 8 t truck in 1960 to 1990, the total production of Huanghe brand trucks was 100,000, accounting for 72% of the total number of domestic heavy vehicles. The birth of Huanghe brand JN150 truck has ended the history that heavy vehicles can not be produced in China.
