摘  要:为了持续推进螺旋埋弧焊管生产线信息化建设,相继进行了生产线设备自动化、信息化改造,实施了ERP、MES、PDM等信息化系统的建设,以及物联网信息系统建设。物联网系统通过对生产现场生产物料数据、生产工艺质量数据、能源数据的采集与监测,实现了钢管生产全过程物流自动跟踪与管理;实现了生产工艺参数、质量数据自动采集与应用;实现了能源计量管理信息化;实现了生产过程集中监控与数据统计分析,全面提高了综合生产效率。通过与ERP、MES等信息系统以及现场控制系统集成,实现了生产的科学管理,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量,提升了钢管生产全过程的数字化和智能化管理水平,为螺旋埋弧焊管生产管理提供了数据支撑。In order to continuously promote the informatization construction of SAWH pipe production line,the automation and informatization transformation of the production line equipment has been successively implemented.The construction of ERP,MES,PDM and internet of things information system have been put into effect.Through the collection and monitoring of production material data,production process quality data and energy data,the internet of things system realizes the automatic logistics tracking and management of the whole process of steel pipe production.The automatic acquisition and application of production process parameters and quality data are realized.It realizes the informatization of energy measurement management.The centralized monitoring and data statistical analysis of the production process are realized,and the comprehensive production efficiency is comprehensively improved.Through the integration with ERP,MES,other information systems and field control system,the scientific management of production is realized,the production cost is reduced,and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.It improves the digital and intelligent management level of the whole process of the steel pipe production,and provides the data support for the production management of SAWH pipe.
