DB辅助内业核查清绘工具在桂东县三调中的应用研究

摘　　要：文章阐述了桂东县第三次国土调查工作中基于ARCGIS自主开发的DB辅助内业核查的工具包,并进行数据试验分析。DB工具通过抽取外业举证成果,将三调地类图斑数据字段BSM与外业举证矢量字段TBYBH建立映射关系,可快速查看举证照片,核实图斑边界、地类、标注信息,也能核实举证图斑的真实性,辅助内业清绘、修改国土调查数据库。DB工具功能可靠,简单易操作,大幅提升了工作效率,降低了硬盘占用空间;它保障了第三次国土调查过程中外业调查数据的真实性、完整性,为准确建立数据库的提供了技术支撑。This paper expounds the working principle of based-on Arcgis DB tools for assisting the indoor inspection in the third nationa land survey in Guidong County,and makes data experiments and analysis.By extracting the results of field investigation,DB tools establishes relationship between BSM of land map and TBYBH of field investigation,which can quickly check the evidence photos and verify the information of map edge,land type and marks,it can also verify the authenticity of the evidence,assisting for indoor inspection and revising the database of national land survey.It is functional and easy to operate,greatly improves work efficiency and reduces the space occupied of hard disk;it guarantees the authenticity and integrity of field investigation in the third national land survey,it provides the technical support for the accurate establishment of database.
