基于第三次国土调查成果的国土空间规划底图制作研究

摘　　要：第三次国土调查成果是国土空间规划最重要的现状底数和底图基础,本文在深入分析国土空间规划工作需求及第三次国土调查数据特征基础上,研究利用第三次国土调查成果制作国土空间规划底图的工作流程及关键技术,构建了底图数据内容体系,探索了第三次国土调查工作分类与国土空间规划用地分类的对应关系和衔接转换方法,以及底图数据处理、底图数据衔接、底图数据叠加使用等技术方法,可为国土空间规划底图编制工作提供参考。The results of the third national land survey are the most important current base and the basic map of the national land spatial planning.Based on the in-depth analysis of the needs of national land spatial planning work and the characteristics of the third national land survey data,this paper has taken advantage of the working processes and key technologies of making basic map in land spatial planning based on the results of the third national land survey,constructed the content system of basic graph data,and explored the corresponding relationship and cohesive conversion methods between the classification of the third national land survey and the classification of the land spatial planning,as well as some technical methods such as basic map data processing,basic map data connection and basic map data superposition,which can provide reference to the compilation of land spatial planning.
