摘　　要：在我国出版公益性改革实践十余年后,公益出版已经突破原有体制的限制,成为了出版业共同而广泛的事业。本文首先分析了公益出版面临的新形势,随后在对相关概念进行辨析的基础上,论述了新形势下公益出版的内涵与价值,并对其实现路径进行了讨论。After more than ten years of practice of public interest welfare in China,public welfare publishing has broken through the limitations of the original system and has become a common and extensive cause of publishing industry.This paper analyzes the new situation of public welfare publishing,and discusses the connotation and value of public welfare publishing in the new situation on the basis of discrimination and analyzing relevant concepts,and expounds the implementation path of public welfare publishing.
