摘  要:导标设计偏移量P是导标设计中导标两标间距、高程设计的重要参数,P与导标允许偏移量Pr线性相关,而Pr是船舶操纵人员在狭窄水道中按导标指引的推荐航线航行的重要参考量。我国现行《航道工程设计规范》和前《水运工程导标设计规范》中对Pr的计算方法有不同规定,不同方法计算结果差异较大。现行规范并未完全解决导标设计与导标使用中存在的问题,在这种情况下为了提高当前导标的使用性能及设计的实用性,提出一套Pr及相关导标设计参数的计算、选取方法,并根据具体不同工况给出了分别适合船舶操纵人员和导标设计人员的工作建议。Designed off-axis distance of leading marks(P)is an important parameter for calculating the distance between leading marks and the elevations of them.It is linear with permissible off-axis distance(Pr),while the latter is an important parameter for sailing on recommended tracks in narrow waterways.The existing Design Code for Waterway Engineering(DCWE2016)contains provisions on methods for the calculation of Pr,which are different from the previous Designing Specification for Leading Marks of Waterway Engineering(DSLMWE1994).The results are different using different methods.DCWE2016 cannot provide perfect solutions for problems in the design and application of leading marks.To enhance the performance and applicability of the present leading marks,a set of work program for the calculation of Pr and related parameters has been set up,and proposals for ship operators and leading marks designers are posed respectively.
