针织产业纺织制品染色研究

摘　　要：从针织产业纺织制品染色机器及染色方法着手,通过对针织产业纺织制品中染色机器及染色方法的深入分析,明确了染色工艺可以提升针织产业纺织制品的审美性及附加值。重点研究了不同的染色机器和染色方法适合不同的纱线和针织产业纺织制品染色,分别从染色机器、染色染色方法、染色机器及染色方法的选择依据3个方面对针织产业纺织制品中染色机器及染色方法进行阐述。通过对针织产业纺织制品染色技术的发掘与探索,拓展了针织产业纺织制品创新设计新思路,为针织设计者提供了染色设计依据。Starting from the dyeing machine and dyeing method of textile products in the knitting industry,it is clarified that the dyeing process can improve the aesthetic value and added value of the textile products in the knitting industry through the in-depth analysis of the dyeing machine and dyeing method in the textile products of the knitting industry.It is mainly studied that different dyeing machines and dyeing methods are suitable for dyeing textile products in different yarn and knitting industries.It were elaborated from three aspects:dyeing machine,dyeing method,dyeing machine and dyeing method selection basis.Through exploring the dyeing technology of textile products in knitting industry,the new ideas of innovative design of textile products in knitting industry are expanded.The basis of dyeing design is provided for knitting designers,which has certain practical significance.
