间歇式导尿对女性痔疮术后尿潴留患者的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析间歇式导尿对女性痔疮术后尿潴留患者的应用价值。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年11月收治的76例女性痔疮术后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者予以留置导尿,研究组患者予以间歇性导尿,比较两组患者术后情况,包括:尿路感染、自主排尿时间、舒适度。结果研究组患者在自主排尿时间、尿路感染及舒适度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间歇式导尿的应用有助于女性痔疮术后尿潴留患者更快自主排尿,且舒适度更高、发生感染几率小。Objective To analyze application value of intermittent catheterization on postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoids.Methods We chose 76 cases of urinary retention patients after hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 as study objects.Divided them into control group and study group randomly.Control group was treated with indwelling catheterization,and study group with intermittent catheterization.Compared postoperative condition of two groups,including urinary tract infection,self-urination time and comfortness.Results Data of study group was better than that of control group,including self urination time,urinary tract infection and comfortness (P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent catheterization can improve self catheterization and comfortness of urinary retention patients after hemorrhoids,with less small infection risks.
