老年人髋关节周围骨折的护理对策和效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究老年人髋关节周围骨折的护理对策和效果。方法选择2019年7月至2020年8月收治的40例老年人髋关节周围骨折患者,按照随机划分方式分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者展开常规护理,观察组患者展开综合护理,每组患者20例,比较患者护理情况。结果对照组满意度为75%,低于观察组100%(P<0.05);和对照组比较发现,观察组住院时间较短,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组Harris评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发病率30%,高于观察组5%(P<0.05)。结论老年人髋关节周围骨折患者治疗中,综合护理的应用,可以降低并发症发生,提升患者满意度,改善患者活动情况,在促进患者康复方面发挥重要作用。Objective To study nursing strategies and effect of fractures around hip joint of elderly.Methods We chose 40 elderly patients with hip fracture around hip admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to August 2020.Divide them into control group and observation group according to random division method,20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with comprehensive nursing.Compared and nursing status of patients.Results Aatisfaction degree of control group was 75%,lower than 100% of observation group (P<0.05);length of stay in observation group was shorter than control group,difference was meaningless (P>0.05),Harris scores of observation group were higher,with significant difference (P<0.05);complications incidence in control group was 30%,higher than 5% in observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce complications,improve satisfaction degree,activitiesin treatment of elderly patients with hip fractures,which play an important role in promoting recovery of patients.
