摘　　要：保证医疗质量和医疗安全是医疗管理工作的永恒主题。通过构建基于PDCA循环的一体化医疗质量管理控制体系,采用信息化手段对医疗质量与安全数据进行采集、处理、集成、统计、分析,实时监测全院临床医技科室医疗质量与安全运行情况,为医疗质量管理工作的持续改进提供支撑,切实保障医疗质量与安全。Guaranteeing medical quality and medical safety is the eternal theme of medical management. Through the establishment of an integrated medical quality management and control system based on the PDCA cycle, the hospital adopts information methods to collect, process, integrate, count and analyze medical quality and safety data, and monitor the quality and safety of clinical medical technology departments in real-time. The situation provides support for the continuous improvement of medical quality management work and effectively guarantees the quality and safety of medical care.
