摘  要:预应力钢管桁架叠合楼板由于其成本低、承重高、防火防腐性能好、方便穿插管线、施工方便,已在工业建筑中使用。为了探究新型楼板结构形式在变电站中的应用,开展了相关的应用研究。以既有研究试验为基础,开展叠合板的理论与数值分析,探究其力学性能。建立了有限元模型,探讨预应力钢管桁架叠合楼板的六个结构要素包括灌浆强度、钢管壁厚、混凝土强度等级、预应力板厚度、预应力筋个数和预应力数值,对预应力钢管桁架叠合楼板结构性能的影响。最后对新型楼板结构在潍坊市某装配式变电站中的应用情况进行了介绍。Prestressed steel pipe truss floor slab has the advantages of low cost,high load⁃bearing,good fire and anti⁃corrosion performance,convenient to insert pipelines,convenient construction and so on,which has been used in industrial buildings.In or⁃der to explore the application of new floor structure in substation,the theoretical and numerical analysis of laminated plate was carried out to explore its mechanical properties based on the existing research experiments.A finite element model was established to investigate the influence of grouting strength,steel pipe wall thickness,concrete strength grade,prestressed slab thickness,number of prestressed tendons and prestress value on the structural performance of prestressed steel pipe truss floor slab.Finally,the application of the new floor structure in a prefabricated substation in Weifang was introduced.
