摘 要:燃烧器作为电站锅炉的重要设备,其燃烧工况的稳定性直接影响锅炉的热效率。燃烧器壁面存在复杂的热力学换热过程,由于炉膛燃烧室中强烈的辐射热导致燃烧器出口壁温过高、燃烧器喷嘴变形,等离子点火装置无法投入,威胁锅炉的安全运行。为了实时有效地监测燃烧器壁温,提出一种燃烧器壁温在线监测传感器,通过一维导热原理,建立了传感器物理模型和导热过程的数学模型,通过数值模拟和就地实测结果相结合,分析了传感器测杆各测温点温度的变化关系,拟合出传感器各个位置温度变化的回归方程,实现了由远热源区间接测算燃烧器壁温的目的,为燃烧器壁温监测提供了新的方法。Burner is an important equipment for power station boilers,and the stability of its combustion directly affects the ther⁃mal efficiency of the boiler.There is a complex thermodynamic heat exchange process on the burner wall.Due to the strong radiant heat in the furnace combustion chamber,the burner outlet wall temperature is too high and the burner nozzle is deformed.The plas⁃ma ignition device cannot be put into use,which threatens the safe operation of the boiler.In order to effectively monitor the wall temperature of the burner in real time,an online monitoring sensor for the wall temperature of the burner is proposed.Through the principle of one⁃dimensional heat conduction,the physical model of the sensor and the mathematical model of the heat conduction process are established.Through the combination of numerical simulation and on⁃site measurement results,we analyzed the relation⁃ship between the temperature change of each temperature measurement point of the sensor rod,fitted the regression equation of the temperature change at each position of the sensor,realized the purpose of indirect measurement of the burner wall temperature from the remote heat source area,and provided new methods for the burner wall temperature monitoring.
