摘  要:某发电厂在国内首创汽动引风机排汽至工业抽汽与主机回热系统热力耦合,引风机汽轮机正常运行汽源采用一级再热器出口蒸汽,排汽至除氧器进汽辅汽联箱及工业蒸汽系统。对该耦合系统在调试及运行中存在的问题进行详细分析,通过优化引风机调节特性,降低系统背压机的排汽压力,优化排汽去向等措施,实现引风机汽轮机背压的灵活调节并且达到满负荷运行状态,为同类型机组的设计、调试及运行提供参考。The exhaust steam of the steam⁃driven induced draft fan is used as industrial extraction steam,and is thermally coupled with the regenerative system,which is the first domestic application in one power plant.The first⁃stage reheater is adopted as the normal steam source for the induced draft fan,and the exhaust steam is sent to auxiliary steam header and industrial steam sys⁃tem.The problems in commissioning and operating of the coupling system are analyzed.The back pressure of the induced draft fan stream turbine can be flexibly adjusted and run at full load by optimizing the regulation characteristics of the induced draftfan,re⁃ducing the exhaust pressure of the back pressure turbine system and optimizing the exhaust direction,which has reference signifi⁃cance for the design,commissioning and operation of the same type units.
