摘 要:为提高配电变压器的整体检测效率,基于当前国家电网有限公司主流的配电变压器批量化检测模式,借鉴计算机科学中的并行化思想,设计了检测流水线和检测多任务逻辑结构,提出一种利用流水线执行和多任务并发的配电变压器并行检测模型。针对检测资源共享这一特点,通过设立样品物理缓冲区、构建最小运输路径、优化初始资源配置等关键技术,对该模型进行优化,提出了资源优化配置方法以及并行检测任务调度算法。现场试验结果表明,优化后的并行检测模型相比于优化前在配电变压器检测效率和检测资源利用率上均有大幅提升。In order to improve the detection efficiency of distribution transformer,the detection pipeline and multi task logical structure were designed,and a parallel detection model of distribution transformer using pipeline execution and multi task concurrency was proposed,basing on the mainstream batch detection mode of distribution transformer in State Grid as well as the parallel idea in computer science.Taking advantage of the characteristics of detection resource sharing,the model was optimized by setting up physical buffer of samples,constructing the minimum transportation path,optimizing the initial resource allocation and other key technologies,basing on which the resource optimization allocation method and parallel detection task scheduling algorithm were proposed.The field experiment results show that the detection efficiency and detection resource utilization rate of distribution transformer are greatly improved after optimization.
