摘 要:提出基于本体的汽轮机虚拟检修知识表示框架,根据发电厂汽轮机虚拟检修领域中的检修文件包内容和涉及的设备信息源知识特点对检修知识进行整理,将检修文件包内容合理分类并进行模块化处理。分别建立了事件过程本体、状态本体、原因本体、检修实体本体与检修决策本体五个领域本体模型,将检修内容进行合理归类,为设备虚拟检修提供良好的语义检索和知识表达功能,提高了企业检修的工作效率。A framwork of virtual maintenance knowledge management system of power generation equipment based on ontology was presented in this paper.According to the content of maintenance document package and the characteristics of equipment information source knowledge in the field of virtual maintenance of steam turbine in power plant,the maintenance knowledge was sorted,and the contents of maintenance document package were reasonably classified and modularized.The ontology models of event process ontology,state ontology,cause ontology,maintenance entity ontology and maintenance decision ontology were established respectively,which can reasonably classify the maintenance contents.The proposed virtual overhaul method provides good semantic retrieval and knowledge expression functions for virtual maintenance of equipment,which improves the efficiency of enterprise maintenance.
