摘  要:结合工程实例,对大型化工园区蒸汽管道的设计要点进行探讨。敷设方式以架空敷设(支架敷设、桁架敷设)、管沟敷设相结合,在关键节点安装了温度、压力检测仪表,采用太阳能、风能蓄电池供电,实现信号无线远传。管沟敷设段安装光纤感温系统,对管沟内温度进行实时监控,发现异常情况及时报警。对蒸汽管道管径与壁厚、保温层结构、补偿方式、支座间距等设计要点进行探讨。Combined with project examples,the design key points of steam pipelines in large chemical industry parks are discussed. The laying method is a combination of overhead laying( bracket laying and truss laying) and pipe trench laying. Temperature and pressure detection instruments are installed at key nodes. Solar and wind energy batteries are used for power supply to realize wireless signal transmission.An optical fiber temperature-sensing system is installed in the pipe trench laying section to monitor the temperature in the pipe trench in real time,and give an alarm when abnormal conditions are found. The design key points of steam pipe diameter and wall thickness,insulation layer structure,compensation method and support spacing are discussed.
