摘  要:综采工作面液压支架乳化液配制用水的水质会对乳化液的性能产生极大的影响。从乳化液配制用水的基本要求出发,研究了乳化液配制用水的硬度和SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)含量对乳化液稳定性及防锈性能的影响程度,研究表明:水质硬度越低,透光率越好,乳化液稳定性也越好,应将水质硬度控制在250×10-6以下;水质硬度过高和水中SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)含量过大都会造成乳化液防锈性能下降,水质硬度越低,防锈能力越好,同时SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)浓度越低,防锈能力也越好。并在此基础上开发了基于双级反渗透和EDI的工作面全水质纯水处理系统。实际应用效果证明,经该系统处理的水质完全满足乳化液配制用水要求,为工作面支架液压系统提供了可靠的水质保障。The water quality of emulsion liquid preparation will have great influence on the performance of the emulsion liquid in fully mechanized working face. The hardness,content of SO_(4)^(2-) and Cl^(-) of water for emulsion liquid preparation influence degree on the properties of emulsion stability and antirust ability were studied from the basic requirements of emulsion liquid preparation. The research shows that the lower the water hardness, the better the light transmittance and the better the emulsion stability, it should be water hardness below 250 ×10^(-6);high water hardness and high content of SO_(4)^(2-) and Cl^(-) in water will lead to a decline in the emulsion antirust ability. The lower the water hardness,the better the antirust ability, and the lower the concentration of SO_(4)^(2-) and Cl^(-),the better the antirust ability. On this basis, a full-quality pure water treatment system based on double-stage reverse osmosis and EDI for fully mechanized working face was developed. The practical application results prove that the water quality treated by the system fully meets the requirements of emulsion liquid preparation,which provides a reliable water quality guarantee for the support hydraulic system of the fully mechanized working face.
