摘 要:为解决输送带特性及变形阻力分析困难的问题,对钢绳芯空间结构进行了细观力学分析,并对钢绳芯与橡胶的复合体输送带进行了有限元仿真。细观力学分析为钢丝绳的空间结构设计提供了依据,仿真分析结果精确显示输送带拉伸时的分布及变形情况,为钢绳芯、输送带的结构设计等提供了有力的依据。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to analysis the characteristics and deformation resistance of the conveyor belt, the meso-mechanical analysis of the spatial structure of the steel rope was carried out, and the finite element simulation of the complex steel rope and rubber conveyor belt was carried out. The meso-mechanics analysis provides the basis for the spatial structure design of steel rope. The simulation analysis results accurately show the distribution and deformation of the conveyor belt when it is stretched, which provides a powerful basis for the structural design of steel rope and conveyor belt.
