摘  要:改进设计了活塞组合动密封和活塞杆组合动密封,使用有限元分析软件,对活塞杆组合密封圈施加不同的载荷进行力学分析,获得了活塞杆组合密封圈的极限接触应力。对活塞组合密封圈进行流固耦合仿真分析,分析活塞组合密封泄漏的最主要影响因素,并对流固耦合分析结果进行极差分析和方差分析,得到对密封圈损伤的影响比重排序:密封宽度>压力差>损伤深度。The piston combined dynamic seal and piston-rod combined dynamic seal were improved and designed. The limit contact stress of piston-rod combined seal was obtained by mechanical analysis of different loads on piston-rod combined seal using finite element analysis software. The fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis was carried out for the piston combined seal, and the most important influencing factors for leakage of the piston combined seal were analyzed. The results of range analysis and variance analysis were carried out for the fluid-solid coupling analysis. The order of effect specific gravity for damage of the seal ring is seal width > pressure difference > damage depth.
