摘　　要：针对小断面巷道,研制了BYW330/10型挂式泥浆泵车,用于定向钻机。整机由拖挂组件、底座平板、电机组件等10个组件构成,该泵车结构紧凑,制造成本大幅降低,输出流量可在0~330 L/min内无级调节。通过泥浆泵车试验台检测,达到设计要求。该泵车配合ZYWL-4500DS分体式定向钻机使用,取得了良好的瓦斯治理效果。In view of the small roadway section, BYW330/10 pull-type mud pump truck was developed,and used for directional drilling rig. The whole pump truck is composed of 10 components, such as towing module, base plate, motor module, etc. The pump truck is compact in structure, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the output flow can be stepless adjusted within 0~330 L/min. Through the test by test bed of mud pump truck,it can meet the design requirements. The pump truck, combined with ZYWL-4500 DS split directional drilling rig,achieved good gas control effect.
