摘 要:为解决综采工作面回采期间巷道超前支护加固问题,结合常村煤矿井下工作面实际开采条件,设计了一种新型巷道垛式超前液压支架,利用理论计算和有限元分析方法对支架的主要技术参数、结构组成和不同工况下受力进行了研究分析,确定支架合理的技术参数。现场应用结果表明,该支架设计合理,支护强度高、操作简单、支护速度快,能够满足工作面支护要求,工人劳动强度明显降低,工作面生产效率得到显著提高,减少了人工成本和材料成本投入。In order to solve the problem of advanced support and reinforcement of roadway in fully mechanized mining face during mining, a new type of stack advanced hydraulic support for roadway was designed based on the actual mining conditions of Changcun coal mine. The main technical parameters of the support, the structure composition and stress under different working conditions were studied and analyzed by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis method, and determined the reasonable technical parameters of the support. The results of field application show that the support design was reasonable, with high support strength, simple operation and fast support speed. It can meet the support requirements of the working face. The labor intensity of the worker was significantly reduced, the production efficiency of the working face was significantly improved, and the labor cost and material cost were reduced.
