摘 要:以Ф500 mm双伸缩立柱为对象,应用有限元仿真技术对导向环在偏载作用下的形变方式、径向压缩量及应力进行了研究。研究结果表明,立柱每个固定段内的各导向环的径向压缩变形量呈非线性分布,部分导向环的外缘附近径向压缩变形及宽度方向变化率最大。在立柱设计时,可适当缩小底缸固定段长度,以使底缸与中缸导向环的应力水平接近。Taking the Ф500 mm double-telescopic column as the object, the deformation mode, radial compression and stress of the guide rings under eccentric load were studied with finite element simulation technology. The research results show that the radial compression deformation of various guide rings in each fixed section of column is non-linear distribution,the radial compression deformation and the change rate in width direction near the outer edge of some guide ring are the largest. In design of column, the length of fixed section in bottom cylinder can be appropriately reduced, so as to make the stress level of the guide rings in bottom cylinder close to that in middle cylinder.
