摘　　要：本综述介绍了钡剂灌肠造影在先天性巨结肠诊疗及随访过程中的应用发展现状,分别从先天性巨结肠患儿钡剂灌肠造影的简介、规范操作、诊疗和随访过程中特征性影像表现的相关研究等方面进行介绍,并在此基础上展开讨论,提出规范操作及仔细判读相关征象的重要性,确定其在不同类型及不同年龄先天性巨结肠诊疗及术后随访的应用价值。The current status of barium enema(BE)was reviewed for Hirschsprung's disease(HD).The selected topics included the descriptions,standard procedures,radiographic features of BE examinations and prognostic evaluations of HD.Standard techniques and careful interpretations of radiographic signs shall improve the values of BE examinations for making a preoperative diagnosis and conducting postoperative evaluations of HD with different types and ages.
