鼻内窥镜低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究鼾症患儿接受射频消融术(鼻内窥镜低温等离子型)的临床治疗效果。方法简单随机选择该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的100例鼾症患儿进行鼾症手术治疗术研究,将鼾症患儿分为对比组(50例,扁桃体摘除+鼻内镜下腺样体切除术)与试验组(50例,鼻内窥镜低温等离子射频消融术),观察患者接受治疗后炎性指标、手术指标、并发症、治疗效果四项数据。结果对比组总治疗率40例(80.00%)低于试验组48例(96.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05);对比组并发症发生率高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对比组IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α指标均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比组手术指标(出血量、住院时间、手术时间)均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜低温等离子射频消融术用于鼾症患儿治疗优势明显,患儿手术期间手术出血量与发症发生率低,炎性指标不高,可有效改善鼾症患儿的临床症状。Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of radiofrequency ablation(nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma type)in children with snoring.Methods 100 cases of children with snoring who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were convenient ramdomly selected for the study of surgical treatment of snoring,and the children with snoring were divided into comparison group(50 cases,tonsillectomy+endoscopic glands specimen resection)and the test group(50 cases,nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation),to observe the four data of inflammatory indicators,surgical indicators,complications,and treatment effects after treatment.Results The total treatment rate of 40 cases(80.00%)in the comparison group was lower than that of the test group 48 cases(96.00%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05);Concurrency incidence of disease in the comparison group was higher than that of the test group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The IL-4,IL-8,and TNF-αindexes of the control group after treatment were higher than those of the test group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation index of the control group(bleeding volume,hospitalization time,operation time)were all higher than the test group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nasal endoscope has obvious advantages in the treatment of children with snoring.During the operation of the children,the bleeding volume and incidence of symptoms are low,and the inflammatory index is not high,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with snoring.
