经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法试验方便选取2017年4月—2020年4月在该院接受治疗的膀胱癌患者62例,盲选31例作为对照组,并行膀胱部分切除术治疗,31例作为观察组,并行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗。记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间,比较临床有效率和疾病控制率。结果观察组患者手术时间(51.24±4.68)min、术中出血量(37.07±2.21)mL、住院时间(4.69±1.32)d较对照组(65.73±5.53)min、(46.69±4.37)mL、(9.77±3.21)d更低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.136、10.938、8.149,P<0.05);观察组患者临床有效率90.32%和疾病控制率96.77%较对照组64.52%、74.19%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.905、6.369,P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的效果确切,可缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,控制疾病进展。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transurethral bladder tumor resection for bladder cancer.Methods The trial included 62 patients with bladder cancer who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2020.31 cases were blindly selected as the control group and treated with partial cystectomy,and 31 cases were treated as the observation group with transurethral bladder for tumor resection treatment,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients were recorded,the clinical effectiveness and disease control rate were compared.Results The operation time of patients in the observation group was(51.24±4.68)min,intraoperative blood loss(37.07±2.21)mL,and hospitalization time(4.69±1.32)d compared to the control group(65.73±5.53)min,(46.69±4.37)mL,(9.77±3.21)d was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.136,10.938,8.149,P<0.05);the clinical effective rate of the observation group 90.32%and the disease control rate 96.77%were higher than the control group 64.52%,74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.905,6.369,P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is effective for the treatment of bladder cancer.It can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and control disease progression.
