摘 要:目的探讨间歇经口管饲联合康复训练在脑卒中吞咽障碍中的应用及对营养状况的影响并分析。方法随机选择该院于2019年1—12月间收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分组分为对照组和治疗组,比较两组脑卒中吞咽障碍患者经过治疗后患者生活质量和血红蛋白Hb、血清中血浆白蛋白ALB以及总蛋白TP指标状况进行对比分析。结果两组患者经治疗后,治疗组患者的生活质量(197.13±16.74)分、Hb(139.20±16.12)g/L、ALB(39.13±6.74)g/L以及TP(63.69±12.23)g/L影响指标水平相较于对照组[(162.32±15.69)分、(124.58±10.29)g/L、(34.97±5.85)g/L、(56.48±10.59)g/L]有明显改善,治疗后,治疗组与对照组的生活质量、Hb、ALB以及TP之间的差异有统计学意义(t=9.596、4.835、2.984、2.819,P=0.001、0.001、0.004、0.006<0.05)。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施间歇经口管饲配合康复训练取得了满意的临床疗效,有效改善了患者的营养状况,从而提高了患者的生活质量,具有临床治疗的意义,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the application of intermittent oral tube feeding combined with rehabilitation training in stroke dysphagia and its effect on nutritional status.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with dysphagia treated in the hospital between January and December 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and the two groups of stroke patients with dysphagia after treatment were compared.The quality of life and hemoglobin Hb,serum albumin ALB and total protein TP indicators were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the quality of life(197.13±16.74)points,Hb(139.20±16.12)g/L,ALB(39.13±6.74)g/L and TP(63.69±12.23)g/L of patients in the treatment group compared with the control group[(162.32±15.69)points,(124.58±10.29)g/L,(34.97±5.85)g/L,(56.48±10.59)g/L],the impact index level was significantly improved.After treatment,the difference in quality of life,Hb,ALB and TP between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(t=9.596,4.835,2.984,2.819,P=0.001,0.001,0.004,0.006<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent oral tube feeding combined with rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia has achieved satisfactory clinical effects,effectively improving the nutritional status of the patients,thereby improving the quality of life of the patients,and has clinical treatment significance,which is worthy of application and promotion.
