加味逍遥汤联合西药治疗肝郁血虚脾弱型月经不调的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨加味逍遥汤联合西药治疗肝郁血虚脾弱型月经不调患者的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的60例肝郁血虚脾弱型月经不调患者,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施西药常规治疗,观察组患者实施西药常规治疗联合加味逍遥汤治疗。对两组的治疗效果进行对比,观察两组患者治疗后不良反应发生的情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组治疗总有效率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(6.67%)显著低于对照组不良反应发生率(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。结论加味逍遥汤联合西药治疗肝郁血虚脾弱型月经不调患者产生的不良反应较少,可提高治疗有效率,具有临床治疗的意义。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with irregular menstruation due to liver stagnation and blood deficiency and spleen weakness.Methods Selected conveniently 60 patients with liver-stagnation and blood deficiency and spleen-weak menstrual irregularity who were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020.The grouping method divided the patients into a control group and an observation group,and the control group patients to implement the conventional treatment of Western medicine,the observation group patients to implement the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Jiawei Xiaoyao Decoction.To compare the treatment effects of the two groups,observed the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoyao Decoction combined with western medicine has fewer side effects in the treatment of patients with yin-stagnation,blood deficiency,spleen and weak menstruation,and improves the effective rate of treatment.It has clinical treatment significance.
