“强省会”战略下贵阳建设内陆开放型经济试验区先行区的对策探析

摘　　要：“十四五”时期,贵阳市将以“强省会”五年行动为引领,以建设国家内陆开放型经济试验区先行区为统揽,以西部陆海新通道建设等重大历史机遇为契机,持续推进更高水平的对外开放。本文在对开放型经济进行研究回顾的基础上,分析了贵阳市建设内陆开放型经济试验区先行区的举措及成效、发展优势和存在问题,并提出行之有效的对策建议。During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,Guiyang city will take the five years action of"strengthening the provincial capital"as the guide,take the construction of the pilot area of national inland opening-up pilot economic zone as the overall plan,take the important historical significance of the construction of the new land-sea corridor in the west as an opportunity,and continue to promote a higher level of opening-up.Based on the review of the open economy,this paper analyzes the development advantages and existing problems of the inland opening-up pilot economic zone in Guiyang,and puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions.
