我国工程机械业对“一带”国家直接投资环境评价研究

摘　　要：近年来我国工程机械业出现结构性产能过剩,而“丝绸之路经济带”作为极具发展潜力的经济大走廊,为我国工程机械业以对外直接投资方式缓解产能过剩提供了良机。研究基于工程机械行业特征,从市场环境、产业配套环境、制度环境、技术创新环境结合“一带一路”倡议,构建我国工程机械业对“一带”国家直接投资环境评价指标体系。运用改进的主成分分析法与熵值法,对33个“一带”国家直接投资环境进行评价排序。根据得分排名和市场辐射能力,建议将俄罗斯和巴基斯坦作为我国工程机械业“一带”国家重点投资国,土耳其和哈萨克斯坦作为直接投资重点关注国。There is a structural overcapacity phenomenon in China′s construction machinery industry in recent years.Meanwhile,the Silk Road Economic Belt is a large economic corridor with great development potential,offering a good opportunity for China′s construction machinery industry to alleviate overcapacity through foreign direct investment in countries along“One Belt”.Based on the characteristics of construction machinery industry,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for direct investment environment of China′s construction machinery industry in countries along“One Belt”including five aspects:market environment,industrial supporting environment,institutional environment,technological innovation environment with“One Belt and One Road Initiative”environment.Combined with the improved principal component analysis method and entropy method,the direct investment environment of 33 countries along“One Belt”are evaluated and ranked.According to the score ranking and market radiation ability,it is recommended that Russia and Pakistan be regarded as the key investment countries of China′s construction machinery industry in countries along“One Belt”,while Turkey and Kazakhstan should be the key countries of direct investment deserving significant attention.
