摘 要:以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸为主单体,引入乙烯基三丁氧基硅烷(VTBS),采用预乳化半连续种子聚合工艺,制备了高稳定性的硅氧烷改性醋丙乳液。探讨了配方中BA和VTBS加入量对单体转化率和涂膜吸水率等的影响。通过粒度仪、红外光谱仪等对乳液结构、粒径分布进行了表征,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜和热分析仪器表征了乳液涂膜的性能。结果表明,加入质量分数30%的BA和4%的VTBS与VAc共聚,其单体转化率为93.3%,吸水率为7.9%(质量分数,下同),平均粒径为183.4 nm,乳液聚合过程稳定,所得乳液各项稳定性通过测试,成膜透明完整,与纯醋丙乳液相比性能优越。Based on vinyl acetate(VAc),butyl acrylate(BA)and acrylic acid as the main monomers,vinyl tributoxy silane(VTBS)was introduced,and a pre-emulsified semi-continuous seed polymerization process was used to prepare a highly stable siloxane modified vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion.The influence of the amount of BA and VTBS on the monomer conversion rate and the water absorption rate of the film was discussed.The emulsion structure and particle size distribution were characterized by particle size analyzer and infrared spectrometer,and the performance of emulsion coating film was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope and thermal analysis instrument.The results show that by adding 30%BA and 4%VTBS to copolymerize with VAc,the monomer conversion rate is 93.3%,the water absorption rate is 7.9%,the average particle size is 183.4 nm,the emulsion polymerization keeps stable,the film is transparent and complete,and the performance is superior compared with pure vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion.
