摘  要:以传统Karstedt催化剂为基础,通过加入N、P化合物和含不饱和基的大分子化合物进行配位体的置换反应,制得3种具有抑制作用的铂配合物催化剂(A、B、C)。3种催化剂的热硫化催化速率与Karstedt催化剂相当,甚至快于Karstedt催化剂;抗黄性和贮存稳定性以及所得制品的表面性能优于采用Karstedt催化剂制得的产品;相较Karstedt催化剂,催化剂B和C的低温催化作用弱,但有效使用时间更长。以催化剂A、B、C作为加成型混炼硅橡胶的催化剂时,铂用量极少,且无需另加抑制剂即可满足使用要求。Based on the traditional Karstedt catalyst,three kinds of platinum complex catalysts with inhibitory effect(A,B and C)were prepared by adding N,P compounds and macromolecular compounds containing unsaturated groups to carry out the replacement reaction of the ligands.The thermal vulcanization rate of the three catalysts is equivalent to that of Karstedt catalyst,or even faster than Karstedt catalyst;yellowing resistance,storage stability and the surface properties of the products are better than products made with Karstedt catalyst;compared with Karstedt catalyst,catalyst B and C are weaker in catalytic activity at low temperature,but the effective time is longer.When catalysts A,B,and C are used as catalysts for polyaddition silicone rubber compounds,the amount of platinum is extremely small,and the requirements for application can be met without additional inhibitors.
