摘　　要：随着医用放射设备和放射源广泛应用于临床诊疗工作,在提高疾病临床诊断率的同时也也使医务人员接触射线的机会增大。为了加强放射工作人员的安全防护意识,拥有一个安全的工作环境,构建一套系统化的、标准的职业卫生防护体系极其重要。该文介绍该院建立放射性工作人员放射防护管理工作的具体做法及取得的良好效果。As medical radiological equipment and radioactive sources are widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the clinical diagnosis rate of diseases is increased,and the chances of medical personnel being exposed to radiation are also increased.In order to strengthen the safety protection awareness of radiation workers and have a safe working environment,it is extremely important to build a systematic and standard occupational health protection system.This article introduces the specific methods and good results achieved in the establishment of radiation protection management for radiological workers in the hospital.
