润州区私立医疗机构消毒灭菌效果质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解润州区私立医疗机构消毒灭菌效果现状,为营造良好的医疗环境,控制院内感染,防止疾病的传播,保障患者和医务人员的健康医疗服务环境提供依据。方法共抽取2014—2018年润州区辖区内各类私立医疗机构235家,采集室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手表面、使用中消毒剂、医疗器械、灭菌物品、紫外线灯等7类样品,按GB15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》检测及评价。结果共检测样品1649份,合格率为92.06%,2014—2018年每年样品合格率分别为92.89%、88.54%、91.78%、92.04%和94.81%。医务人员手表面和医疗器械合格率较低,分别为87.5%和87.75%。结论润州区私立医疗机构消毒灭菌检测的结果总体较好,但是医务人员手及医疗器械的消毒效果检测合格率较低,需要引起重视。Objective To understand the current status of disinfection and sterilization effects in private medical institutions in Runzhou District,to provide a basis for creating a good medical environment,controlling nosocomial infections,preventing the spread of diseases,and ensuring a healthy medical service environment for patients and medical staff.Methods From 2014 to 2018,a total of 235 private medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Runzhou District were selected to collect 7 types of samples including indoor air,surface of objects,hands surface of medical staff,disinfectants in use,medical equipment,sterilized items,and ultraviolet lamps.Test and evaluate according to GB15982-2012"Hospital Disinfection and Sanitation Standards".Results A total of 1649 samples were tested,with a pass rate of 92.06%.The pass rate of these's samples in each year from 2014 to 2018 were 92.89%,88.54%,91.78%,92.04%and 94.81%.The qualification rate of medical staff hands surface and medical equipment was low,87.5%and 87.75%respectively.Conclusion The results of disinfection and sterilization testing in private medical institutions in Runzhou District are generally good,but the qualification rate of disinfection effect testing of medical staff's hands and medical equipment is low,which needs attention.
