生态位视角下浙江省农业竞争力评价及其创新演化

摘　　要：以浙江省11个地级市为评价主体,基于生态位理论,从农业的经济效益、自然资源、生产水平、结构与成长等四方面竞争力维度构建区域农业竞争力综合评价指标体系,测算其农业竞争力生态位值、生态位宽度和生态位重叠度;并依据核心-边缘理论分析各市农业竞争力演化与时空格局,划分为核心城市、次级城市和边缘城市3个等级。研究结果表明:(1)2010—2020年间浙江省11市的农业竞争力已经形成相对固定的空间分布格局,各市排名次序相对稳定,整体表现出从东北向西南的距离衰减;(2)各市的综合农业生态位与生态位宽度出现背离,因此衡量区域农业竞争力发展水平需综合考虑其影响支配力(生态位值)和资源获取力(生态位宽度);(3)各市之间农业竞争力生态位高度重叠,竞争显著。最后提出浙江省应强化核心区辐射带动,开展生态位扩充、生态位协同发展策略,优化生态位结构,提高各市农业竞争力,破除农业经济固化态势。Taking 11 prefecture level cities in Zhejiang province as the evaluation subject,based on the niche theory,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional agricultural competitiveness from four competitiveness dimensions of agricultural economic benefits,natural resources,production level,and structure and growth,calculates the niche value,niche width and niche overlap of agricultural competitiveness.Further,based on the core-edge theory,the paper analyzes the evolution and space-time pattern of agricultural competitiveness in each city,which is divided into three grades:core city,secondary city and marginal city.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the agricultural competitiveness of 11 cities have formed a relatively fixed spatial distribution pattern,the ranking order of each city is relatively stable,the whole shows the distance attenuation from northeast to southwest.(2)The comprehensive agricultural niche of each city deviates from niche width,so it is necessary to consider its influence power(niche value)and resource acquisition power(niche width)to measure the development level of regional agricultural competitiveness.(3)The niche of agricultural competitiveness among cities is highly overlapping and the competition is significant.Finally,the paper puts forward that Zhejiang should strengthen radiation drive in the core area,carry out the strategy of niche expansion and niche coordinated development,optimize the niche structure,improve agricultural competitiveness of each city,and break the solidifying situation of agricultural economy.
