摘　　要：总结广东引进高校大院大所的发展现状,分析国内外科技创新平台建设、产学研合作实践、创新驱动模式等方面的经验和特征,归纳政府促进科技成果转化的公共职能,并从面向产业创新发展角度,在科技成果供给、管理制度建设、机构绩效管理、政府职能完善等方面给出促进高校大院大所科研机构发展的建议。In this paper,the development status of university and institutes in Guangdong is summarized,the experience and characteristics of scientific and technological innovation platforms construction,industry-university-research cooperation practices,innovation-driven models are analyzed,and the government public functions of promoting achievements transformation are summed up.From the perspective of industrial innovation,some suggestions are issued to promote the development of university and institutes in terms of the supply of achievements,management systems,performance management,and the improvement of government functions.
