摘　　要：高品质的城镇空间设计要关注其心理与社会属性,满足人的基本生活需求,还要满足社交、平等及价值需求,提升空间可及性与居民的生活质量,实现人类社会福祉。未来高品质城镇空间设计可以构建以人为中心的城镇空间设计取向。以未来智慧城市为例,本文介绍了居民参与规划与设计的基本框架,以期为城镇智能化、体验化的实施践行提供参考。High-quality urban space design needs to pay attention to its psychological and social attributes,and to meet people’s basic life needs,but also meet social,equality and value needs,so as to improve the accessibility of space,thereby improving the quality of life of residents and human social well-being.Therefore,future high-quality urban space design can adopt participatory design to build a humancentred urban space design approach.Taking the future smart city as an example,the basic framework of hearing the voice of citizens is introduced in order to provide a theoretical reference for urban intelligence and experience.
