摘　　要：一次符样率在染色生产中至关重要,直接关系到企业的生产成本和利润。首先分析提高原料、染料、助剂的稳定性对一次符样率的影响,总结提高原料、染料、助剂稳定性的方法;其次,从化验室与现场标准作业(SOP)两方面探讨影响染色一次符样率的主要因素,总结提高染色一次符样率的关键技术,为需要提升染色符样率的印染企业提供参考。The first-attempt success rate is very important in dyeing production,which directly affects the production costs and business profits.To this end,the influence of the stability of raw materials,dyes and auxiliaries on the first-attempt success rate is analyzed firstly,and the methods to improve the stability of raw materials,dyes and auxliaries are summarized.Secondly,from the view of standard operation process(SOP)in lab and work site,the main factors affecting the dyeing success rate are discussed,and the key technique is obtained.It is useful to improve dyeing first-attempt OK rate of other inexperienced enterprises.
