摘 要:目的探讨和分析2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的血液流变学的变化。方法选自2019年3月—2020年2月来该院内分泌科前来治疗2型糖尿病的120例患者作为研究对象,按照有无下肢血管病变将研究对象分为88例下肢血管病变组和32例无下肢血管病变组,选择75名正常人作为对照组,分析比较3组的血液流变学变化。结果下肢血管病变组的全血黏度[1 s^(-1)为(27.21±4.11)mPa·s,5 s^(-1)为(14.98±0.77)mPa·s,30 s^(-1)为(7.32±0.44)mPa·s,200 s^(-1)为(6.69±0.33)mPa·s]和血浆黏度(1.66±0.18)mPa·s明显高于无下肢血管病变组的全血黏度[1 s^(-1)为(23.08±3.83)mPa·s,5 s^(-1)为(11.95±0.81)mPa·s,30 s^(-1)为(6.48±0.33)mPa·s,200 s^(-1)为(4.82±0.42)mPa·s]和血浆黏度(1.56±0.14)mPa·s,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测血液流变学变化是检查糖尿病是否发生并发下肢血管病变的基础,此次研究为下肢血管病变的临床检测提供了重要的依据。Objective To investigate and analyze the changes of hemorheology in the lower limbs of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients who came to the hospital's endocrinology department for treatment of type 2 diabetes were selected from March 2019 to February 2020.The subjects were divided into 88 patients with lower extremity management disease according to the presence or absence of lower extremity management disease.75 normal persons were selected as the control group,and the blood rheology changes of the three groups were analyzed and comPared.Results the whole blood viscosity of the lower extremity tube disease group[1 s^(-1) was(27.21±4.11)mPa·s,5 s^(-1) was(14.98±0.77)mPa·s,30 s^(-1) was(7.32±0.44)mPa·s,200 s^(-1) is(6.69±0.33)mPa·s]and plasma viscosity(1.66±0.18)mPa·s,significantly higher than the whole blood viscosity of the group without lower limbs[1s^(-1) was(23.08±3.83)mPa·s,5 s^(-1) was(11.95±0.81)mPa·s,30 s^(-1) was(6.48±0.33)mPa·s,200 s^(-1) was(4.82±0.42)mPa·s]and plasma viscosity(1.56±0.14)mPa·s,the contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of hemorheological changes is the basis for checking whether diabetes mellitus is complicated by lower extremity diseases.This study provides an important basis for clinical detection of lower extremity diseases.
