羟乙基淀粉和丁苯酞软胶囊治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析羟乙基淀粉和丁苯酞软胶囊治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效。方法从2018年4月—2019年2月于该院收治的进展性脑卒中患者中选取90例为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。对两组患者的疗效进行对比观察。结果在治疗前,两组CSS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后7、14、28 d,两组患者的CSS评分均降低,实验组和对照组的CSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的临床总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05);在治疗前,两组ADL评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ADL评分明显升高,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后FMA评分AoCA评分、Barthel指数均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗进展性脑卒中患者时,羟乙基淀粉和丁苯酞软胶囊治疗发挥着重要的作用,可提高临床疗效,维护患者生命安全,有临床推广和应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of hydroxyethyl starch and butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods From April 2018 to February 2019,among patients with progressive stroke admitted to the hospital,90 cases were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and observed.Results Before treatment,there was not statistically significant difference in CSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7 days,14 days,and 28 days after treatment,the CSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and there was not statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the test group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than the 82.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was not significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups of patients increased significantly,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMA score,AoCA score and Barthel index of the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with progressive stroke,the treatment of hydroxyethyl starch and butylphthalide soft capsules plays an important role,which can improve the clinical efficacy and protect the life safety of patients.It has clinical promotion and application value.
