摘 要:目的比较DR胸片与X线摄片在诊断肋骨骨折中的效果。方法选择该院骨科2018年4月—2020年1月收治的92例肋骨骨折患者,系统随机对患者进行编号,奇数为研究组,偶数为对照组,各组46例。研究组采用DR胸片摄影,对照组采用传统X线摄影。观察与比较两组检出率、漏诊率与误诊率。结果研究组检出率93.48%高于对照组63.04%,漏诊率2.17%、误诊率4.35%低于对照组的17.39%、19.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.522、4.434、5.059,P<0.05)。结论采用DR胸片摄影技术诊断肋骨骨折能够较为准确地诊断病情,其漏诊与误诊情况明显低于传统X线摄片,成为临床诊断肋骨骨折的重要依据。Objective To compare the effects of DR chest radiograph and X-ray radiography in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods A total of 92 patients with rib fractures who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in the hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly numbered.The odd numbers were the study group and the even numbers were the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The study group used DR chest radiography,and the control group used traditional X-ray photography.Observe and compare the detection rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two groups.Results The detection rate of the study group was 93.48%higher than that of the control group 73.91%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 2.17%,the rate of misdiagnosis was 4.35%lower than that of the control group(17.39%,19.57%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.522,4.434,5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of DR chest radiography to diagnose rib fractures can more accurately diagnose the condition,and the missed and misdiagnosed conditions are significantly lower than traditional X-ray photography,which has become an important basis for clinical diagnosis of rib fractures.
