摘  要:在广泛查阅国内外公开资料及长期产品研究基础上介绍了电铲结构特点、技术现状和常用设计方法,综述了离散元法、疲劳及可靠性分析、多领域统一建模分析等新设计方法应用情况;结合市场主流制造商产品动态对电铲产品的挖掘条件研究、新型机构、混合动力等新技术应用情况作简要介绍,探讨了目前面临的关键问题,并提出了产品设计中的智能化、数字化、混合动力源等新技术发展趋势,为电铲产品设计研究提供有益参考。In this article,on the basis of extensive public literature review and long-term product research,the characteristics,technical status and common design methods of electric rope shovels are introduced,and then the comprehensive review is conducted on the applications of new design methods such as discrete element,fatigue and reliability analysis,multi-domain unified modeling and analysis,and so on.In combination with the product dynamics of mainstream manufacturers in the market,efforts are made to straighten out the research on digging conditions,new mechanism,hybrid power and other new technical application of shovel products,explore the key problems to be addressed,and put forward new technical trends in terms of product design,such as intelligence,digital progress,hybrid power source and so on,therefore providing reference for design and research of shovel products.
