摘  要:工业上通常采用成型活性炭用于SO_(2)的脱除及硫资源回收,在这一过程中SO_(2)的吸附脱附特性对于系统运行具有重要的影响.文中采用适于工业应用的大颗粒活性炭,研究了SO_(2)在其表面的吸附脱附性能.研究结果表明:活性炭的吸附特性受烟气组分、空速及再生的影响,在O_(2)和H 2O存在条件下,低空速有利于SO_(2)的吸附,而SO_(2)的浓度则对活性炭的吸附存在负面影响;在经历第一次再生循环后,活性炭的SO_(2)吸附量显著减少,但随后的两个循环吸附量无明显损失,表明活性炭理化性质趋于稳定.基于实验结果,分别采用Elocivh、Bangham和LDF模型对活性炭吸附过程进行了拟合,结果显示3种模型都具有较高的相关性,其中Elocivh模型能拟合出活性炭的吸附速率,Bangham和LDF模型用于预测活性炭的平衡吸附量.In industry,molded activated carbon is usually used for SO_(2)removal and sulfur resource recovery.The adsorption and desorption characteristics of SO_(2)have an important impact on the system operation.In this paper,the molded activated carbon suitable for industrial applications is used to study the adsorption and desorption performance of SO_(2)on its surface.The results show that the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon are affected by flue gas composition,space velocity and regeneration.In the presence of O_(2)and H 2O,low space velocity is conducive to the adsorption of SO_(2),while the concentration of SO_(2)has a negative impact on the adsorption over the activated carbon.After undergoing the first regeneration cycle,the SO_(2)adsorption capacity of activated carbon decreased significantly,but there was no obvious loss of adsorption capacity in the following two cycles,indicating that the physical and chemical properties of activated carbon tended to be stable.Based on the experimental results,Elocivh,Bangham,and LDF models were used to predict the activated carbon adsorption process.The results show that all the three models have high correlation coefficients.The Elocivh model can predict the activated carbon adsorption rate,while Bangham and LDF model could be used to predict the equilibrium adsorption capacity.
