摘  要:目的分析术腔置管引流在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的临床有效性及可行性。方法回顾分析2018年1月至2019年6月在本院行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的124例梗阻性输尿管结石患者的临床资料,其中采用尾端接BD三通的F4输尿管导管置入术腔引流并减压的患者63例(改良组),采用斑马导丝引导的患者61例(对照组)。评价技术改良的优越性。结果改良组患者无结石逃逸,改良组的结石残留率、碎石时间、结石逃逸率和并发症发生率低于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术腔置管引流应用于输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术时,术中术野清晰,手术时间短,结石残留率低,并发症少,该技术有很好的应用及推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of drainage with ureteral catheter(F4)during ureteroscopic lithotripsy with holmium laser for ureteral stones.Methods Between Janu-anry 2018 and June 2019,63 patients(modifed group)with ureteral stones were treated with uretero-scopic holmium laser lithotripsy using drainage by ureteral catheter(F4),and the outcomes were com-pared to that of 61 patients(control group)who received traditional ureteroscopic holmium laser litho-tripsy.Results No stone escape,ureteral erforation,ureteral stricture or postoperative fever was ob-served in modified group.Moreover,the modified group had advantages over control group of lower re-sidual stone rate and short gravel time after surgery.Conclusions The modified drainage with ureteral catheter(F4)have advantages over control group of lower residual stone rate and short gravel time dur-ing ureteroscopic lithotripsy for ureteral stones,without increasing other complications,indicating it is a efficient and safe procedure to manage ureteral stones.
