摘 要:目的分析泰安地区儿童流感嗜血杆菌感染药物敏感情况及病例分布,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法收集2019年1月—2019年12月儿童患者呼吸道流感嗜血杆菌188株,采用头孢硝噻吩纸片法检测β-内酰胺酶,纸片扩散法检测常用13种常用抗生素的耐药情况,进行分析统计。结果流感嗜血杆菌对氨苄西林和复方新诺明耐药率为83.5%、75.5%;对阿莫沙星/克拉维酸、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢呋辛耐药率为21.5%、33.5%、41.5%;对氯霉素、四环素耐药率为3.2%、7.5%;对头孢噻肟、亚胺培南、美洛培南、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素敏感性为100%。结论流感嗜血杆菌是引起儿童呼吸道感染的重要致病菌,临床医生应熟悉流感嗜血杆菌对常用抗生素的药物敏感状况,提高用药准确率。Objective:To analyze antibiotic sensitivity and case distribution of Haemophilus influenzae infection with children so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Haemophilus influenzae in respiratory tract of children in 2019 was collected.β-lactamase was detected by cefnithiphene disk method,and the antibiotic resistance of 13 commonly used antibiotics was detected by disk diffusion method,and results were statistical analysed.Results:A total of 188 strains of Haemophilus influenzae were collected.The results showed that the antibiotic resistance rates of Haemophilus influenzae to ampicillin and cotrimoxazole were 83.5%and 75.5%,the resistance rates to amofloxacin/clavulanic acid,ampicillin/sulbactam and cefuroxime were 21.5%,33.5%,41.5%,3.2%and 7.5%to chloramphenicol and tetracycline.And the sensitivity of levofloxacin and azithromycin to cefotaxime,imipenem,meropenem,ciprofloxacin and cefuroxime was 100%.Conclusion:Haemophilus influenzae is the important pathogenic bacteria causing respiratory tract infection with children.Clinicians should be familiar with the antibiotic sensitivity of Haemophilus influenzae to commonly used antibiotics,and improve the accuracy of empirical medication.
