摘 要:采用0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%掺量的多聚磷酸(PPA)制备成PPA/SBS复合改性沥青和PPA/橡胶粉复合改性沥青,通过三大指标、布氏粘度、薄膜加热试验等考察两种PPA复合改性沥青的高低温性能、抗老化性能。结果表明,PPA对PPA/SBS和PPA/橡胶粉复合改性沥青的低温抗裂性都有所削弱,PPA/橡胶粉复合改性沥青低温抗裂性能相对较优,1.6%掺量PPA/SBS复合改性沥青低温性能下降最为明显;PPA/SBS改性沥青和PPA/橡胶粉改性沥青的高温性能较基质沥青有明显提升,1.6%掺量PPA/SBS复合改性沥青高温稳定性最优;PPA的加入能够改善沥青的抗老化性能,PPA/橡胶粉复合改性沥青抗老化性能较PPA/SBS复合改性沥青更佳。PPA/SBS composite modified asphalt and PPA/rubber were prepared with 0.4%,0.8%,1.2%and 1.6%of PPA.Three major index,Brookfield viscosity,TFOT test were used to analyze high and low temperature properties,aging resistance performance of two kinds of PPA composite modified asphalt.The results showed that the low temperature crack resistance of PPA/SBS and PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt was weakened by PPA,the low temperature crack resistance of PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt was relatively better,and the low temperature performance of PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt decreased most obviously by 1.6%.PPA can improve the high temperature stability of SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder modified asphalt,and the more PPA content,the more obvious the improvement effect,of which 1.6%content of PPA/SBS composite modified asphalt high temperature stability is the best;The addition of PPA can improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt.The anti-aging performance of PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt is better than that of PPA/SBS composite modified asphalt.
