摘  要:合成3-甲基吡啶的催化剂主要为负载型ZSM-5,很少涉及组合分子筛。使用机械研磨-浸渍手段合成Y/ZSM-5分子筛,并用于气相条件下丙烯醛二乙缩醛和氨催化合成3-甲基吡啶。采用多种手段对催化剂进行了较详细的表征。结果表明,与Y和ZSM-5相比,Y/ZSM-5分子筛拥有更高的外表面积和更低的酸量。这些因素使得Y/ZSM-5具有更高的催化活性。本研究提供了一种新型催化剂合成3-甲基吡啶。The catalysts were predominately ZSM-5-based materials in the synthesis of 3-picoline from various pathways,and the composite zeolites involved scarcely.The Y/ZSM-5 catalysts were for the first time synthesized by the mechanical mixture and impregnation successive treatment,and then they were employed for the synthesis of 3-picoline from acrolein diethyl acetal and ammonia in a fixed-bed reactor.The catalysts were characterized by using several characterization techniques.The results showed that Y/ZSM-5 possessed higher external surface area and less concentration of acid sites.These factors had great effect on the catalytic activity and these a higher yield of 3-picoline was obtained over Y/ZSM-5.It offered a novel catalyst in the synthesis of 3-picoline.
