摘  要:针对稀土冶炼废水中存在的氨氮浓度高、处理条件复杂等问题,通过研究MAP(鸟粪石、磷酸铵镁)-树脂联用工艺,探讨该工艺对稀土高浓度氨氮废水的处理效果。研究MAP段稀土废水初始氨氮浓度、药剂投加摩尔比、溶液pH和树脂段溶液pH、树脂投加量、吸附时间对氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明,随着氨氮初始浓度的提高,氨氮去除率增加;药剂投加摩尔比(Mg∶P∶N)在1.3∶1∶1时最佳;pH条件通过Visual Minteq模拟的结果与实验相符合,最佳pH为9.8;经筛选获得的最佳树脂是D001树脂;树脂段溶液pH=6.0,树脂投加量1.0 g/30 mL,吸附时间90 min,获得的总氨氮去除率最大,达98.55%,出水氨氮浓度为7.25 mg/L,符合氨氮出水≤15 mg/L的标准;树脂吸附氨氮过程符合Langmuir模型,为单分子层吸附。Aiming at the problems of high ammonia nitrogen concentration and complicated treatment conditions in rare earth smelting wastewater,through the study of the MAP(struvite,magnesium ammonium phosphate)-resin combination process,the effect of the process on the removal of high concentration ammonia nitrogen in rare earth wastewater was studied.The effects of initial ammonia nitrogen concentration,molar ratio of dosing agent,pH of solution during the MAP section and pH of resin solution,dosing amount of resin,and adsorption time on ammonia nitrogen removal rate were explored.The results show that with the increase of the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen increases;the molar ratio(Mg∶P∶N)of the dosage of the agent is optimal at 1.3∶1∶1;the results of pH conditions simulated by Visual Minteq are consistent with the experiment,and best pH is 9.8.The best resin obtained through screening is D001.When the resin section solution pH=6.0,the resin dosage is 1.0 g/30 mL,and the adsorption time is 90 min,the total ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 98.55%and the effluent concentration of 7.25 mg/L will be obtained,which meets the standard of ammonia nitrogen effluent≤15 mg/L;the process of resin adsorption of ammonia nitrogen conforms to the Langmuir model,which is a monolayer adsorption.
