摘 要:分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和离子交换法研制了新型复合光催化材料TiO_(2)/AC和TiO_(2)/CER,并对甲醛进行紫外光催化净化实验,研究考察TiO_(2)负载情况、紫外光强度、空气湿度对室内空气中甲醛净化的影响。结果表明,活性炭对TiO_(2)的负载效果好于树脂,随着紫外光照强度和湿度的提高,TiO_(2)/AC和TiO_(2)/CER对甲醛吸附效果有所增强,但TiO_(2)/AC光催化效果明显优于TiO_(2)/CER。在相对湿度为30%、紫外照射强度18.5μW/cm 2工况下,TiO_(2)/AC对甲醛的降解率为85%,TiO_(2)/CER对甲醛的降解率为69%,高于未负载TiO_(2)时活性炭的47%,树脂的62%。湿度增加,树脂发生溶胀,TiO_(2)与甲醛分子间形成晶界壁垒而降低净化性能。该研究对新型复合光催化材料的研发及室内空气中甲醛净化技术开发具有参考价值。A new composite photocatalytic material TiO_(2)/AC and TiO_(2)/CER were developed by sol-gel method and ion exchange method.As a composite catalytic material,formaldehyde purification experiments were carried out to study the effects of TiO_(2) loading,UV light intensity and air humidity on formaldehyde purification in indoor air.The results show that the loading effect of TiO_(2) on AC is better than that of CER.Ultraviolet photocatalytic purification experiments show that TiO_(2)/AC and TiO_(2)/CER enhance the adsorption of formaldehyde with the increase of UV light intensity and humidity,but the photocatalytic effect of TiO_(2)/AC is significantly better than TiO_(2)/CER.Under the conditions of relative humidity of 30%and UV irradiation intensity of 18.5μW/cm 2,the degradation rate of TiO_(2)/AC to formaldehyde was 85%,and the degradation rate of TiO_(2)/CER to formaldehyde was 69%,which was higher than that 47%of AC without TiO_(2),62%of the resin.When the humidity increases,the CER swells,and the grain boundary barrier is formed between TiO_(2) and formaldehyde molecules to reduce the purification performance.This research has reference value for the development of new composite photocatalytic materials and the development of formaldehyde purification technology in indoor air.
